There are a number of taxi operators that offer a taxi service from Dublin Airport to Kilkenny. Prices start from around €160 for a 4-seater. If you intend to travel to Kilkenny from Dublin Airport it is important to note these fares are only on specific taxi services that offer this route and not necessarily from the taxi rank outside the airport. By Rail

There is a railway service from Dublin’s Heuston Station to Kilkenny’s MacDonagh Station every two hours, the journey takes just over two hours and fares star from €26 one-way. Heuston Station is located in Dublin City Centre and there are multiple buses travelling from Dublin Airport to Heuston leaving from outside the Arrivals lounge.
