Kilkenny is pretty easy to navigate by car and has ample parking spaces throughout the city should you intend to drive yourself. Read on for more information about where to park in Kilkenny.

Kilkenny City  has over 4,500 public parking spaces, most of which are located within walking distance of the main city centre. There is ample on and off-street parking throughout the city.

If you are parking in an on-street parking space please ensure you check the street signage to avoid parking fines.

Age Friendly Car Parking Spaces

Throughout the city centre there are a number of Age Friendly Car Parking spaces. These spaces have been provided in 3 locations, St Mary's Car Park, Black Abbey Car Park and St Canice's Car Park.
