Nore Valley Park Open Farm in Bennettsbridge offers numerous exciting activities for an enjoyable visit. Interact with the animals or tour the farm by tractor and trailer. The children’s playground, straw bounce and sand pit keep the younger ones well entertained while older children can play crazy golf, or race pedal go-karts. There are indoor and outdoor farm play activities and an exciting range of farm animals. There is also a souvenir shop, an indoor 3D maze and team activities for schools and groups. Bring your own picnic, or there is a tea room on-site with fresh baked treats.

O'Gorman's Lane Loop

The O'Gorman's Lane Loop is a pleasant and easy walking trail along country roads, lanes and the river bank in Bennettsbridge.

Nicholas Mosse Pottery

Nicholas Mosse Pottery is located in a beautiful old mill located on the River Nore in the stunning countryside of Bennettsbridge. In their shop, visitors can watch potters and decorators at work through glass windows, see potters and decorators throw the shapes, fire up the kiln, glaze, paint and sponge-decorate each individual piece of Nicholas Mosse pottery by hand.

Moth to a Flame

Since 1999 Moth to a Flame Candles have been making a range of distinctive hand-made candles beside the river in Bennettsbridge. Silk moth scented, glow-globe, rock candles and more can be seen in production and in the studio shop, where visitors are always welcome. Larry Kinsella and his team have a reputation for making distinctive handmade candles, large and small, textured, warm, and colourful.
